Proud to announce that my drawing “Waiting…” has been chosen for the Art of the State Juried Exhibition. The show opens this week. Come check it out if you’re in the area. Click here for more information.
This is the largest commissioned portrait I’ve ever completed. 4 feet tall! Charcoal on white paper.
Grateful to my client for trusting me with this project.
Commissioned portrait drawing. 12″ x 15″.
8″ x 10″ commissioned drawing. Beautiful lady with amazing hair. Charcoal and white pencil on toned paper.
The customer supplied photograph for this drawing was old, small and highly pixilated. Ended up becoming an 18″ x 25″ drawing. The photograph was taken on the Cambodian border during the Vietnam war. Such an amazing moment in time. I feel privileged to have been asked to draw it.
“Waiting” – 12 x 15.
Charcoal and white pastel on dark grey Canson Mi Teintes charcoal paper.
A little soaring bird – tattoo design.
Commissioned drawing. 12×15. Customer supplied a clear photograph with good lighting. She’s a beauty.
An old favorite. Probably the hardest and most rewarding commissioned drawing I’ve done. You can purchase a print of this drawing here.
