Heidi is lucky enough to have been raised in beautiful Colorado. She spends her time in the summer camping, hiking, and taking pictures in Rocky Mountain National Park. She has learned over the years that the best time to visit the park is before dusk when the large crowds of tourists are leaving for the day. During this time, there is a quiet and peace in the park that is a totally different experience from the busy tourist hours. This drawing represents the quiet evenings when the animals feel free to roam and the wildflowers are taking in the last rays of sunlight. This is when Heidi feels most connected to her surroundings and nature.

12″ x 15″ charcoal/pastel drawing on dark gray charcoal paper. Drawing will be matted with a white archival 16″ x 20” standard size matboard with foam core backing and will arrive ready to frame.
